Outlook 2013 Auto Forward / Auto Redirect emails not working
Hi
I use to have a rule for autoforward email (based on subject line) set up in an older version of Outlook, but when we upgraded to Outlook 2013 the rule no longer worked. I deleted the old rule and have recreated it, but it still will not auto forward (also tried auto redirect) to anyone. I have tested it with forwarding to someone without our organisation, and someone external, both with no luck. Anyone have any ideas about what the issue might be? |

Hi,
Perhaps your rule conditions are not satisfied. I faced to case sensitive issues with rules. Perhaps you have the same issue, check if you set exactly the same email subject regarding case in your rules. |

I have copied the exact subject line to test. It works when I set the rule to move the email to another folder, just not anything to do with forwarding

Hi,
It seems you refer to another situation (moving email to folder, and not forwarding it). Do you mean that your issue (forwarding under conditions) is solved ? |

Hi
No problem is not solved yet. I tested moving it to another folder to check that i had the subject line correct (as you suggested in your earlier post I may have had it sligthly wrong). But as it worked for moving to another folder, that means I have the subject line 100% correct, yet it still wont work for forwarding to other email addresses. |
