Automatic supplier contact detection at Outlook and Lync
Hi dear forum members ,
i have a combination problem with Outlook and Lync and hope that one of you could help me to get rid of it. My boss gave me the task to find a way how I could combine our supplier contacts, which we have saved at SharePoint 2010, with Outlook and Lync (also both versions 2010). The reason why we want to do this is because we would like it if one of our supplier of our SharePoint is calling or writing an email to anybody of my colleagues that that colleague gets all information of the supplier directly displayed at Lync or the information mail which you get at Outlook if you are not reachable in the office. It also should work if the colleagues don’t have that supplier contact standardly in there address book saved. One boundary condition which I also should try to realize is that a synchronization should be possible. Means if I would generate a new supplier contact at our SharePoint that Outlook and Lync also should sync. that. I have already tried to find something by myself but nothing worked. Now I hope that someone of you has a brilliant idea how I can make this possible. Hope to hear from one of you soon. With best regards LordLa |
