IMAP is a means whereby an e-mail client, like Outlook, can access mail stored on a remote e-mail server, unlike POP where the e-mails are stored locally. There is no mechanism whereby you can merge the accounts to one file.

Hi Idaly,
Although there isn't exactly a way to achieve your request when using an IMAP account, there is an alternative way of achieving similar functionality in the following thread: http://www.addictivetips.com/microso...-outlook-2010/ |
