outlook 2010 - external sent mails not appearing in SENT items folder
We have recently upgraded machines and all went "seemingly" fine.
I am using Outlook 2010 and did so previously also. Another person here is using Windows Mail and the problem occurs on both. My email account previously and still is was POP3. Our accounts package allows us to email customers directly - via - Outlook. However, while the mail does go and it is successfully received (we can see it depart outbox), it does not appear in Sent folder - or anywhere else for that matter. On the old machine using identical software this was not the case. Is there a setting I must change in outlook 2010 and windows live mail 2012 for that matter to enable copies of externally sent mail to be stored in the sent folder? Your help would truly be appreciated. Regards Leneb |
