Default Receiving emails to two accounts, not to tow others

Hello:

I have set up four IMAP email accounts (email addresses) in Outlook 2013 (for the first time). I can send emails from all four, but only receive emails to two of them. I have changed the passwords in the two misbehavin', with no change. Setup shows that all is okay, but no test email shows up in the two misbehavin' (but they, and other emails to the misbehavin', show up in the email agent (POP) that I will leave as soon as this is working).

Perhaps related, I was able to transfer my iCloud calendar, and it shows up in Outlook. However, while I was able to transfer my Contacts from my iCloud into Outlook.com (my account), I cannot get them to show up in Outlook. The instructions say this:

Export contacts to Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013

  1. Add your Outlook.com account to Outlook (See add account instructions for Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013).
  2. Once the account is added, click on People in Outlook 2013 or Contacts in Outlook 2010.
  3. Under My Contacts, click the account name for the contacts you want to export.
  4. Select the contacts you want to export.
  5. Click Move, then click Copy to a folder.
  6. Under your Outlook account name, click Contacts, then click Okay.
  7. Disconnect your Outlook.com account from Outlook (Optional. See remove account instructions here).

See 3 above: no account name shows under "My Contacts".

I only hesitatingly mention that under Sent in one of the misbehavin', emails received to that account in my previous email client show up. And I have not even started to transfer emails yet. Go figure!!!

I would be very happy to receive some suggestions on what to do.

Regards,

Rifke

Would somebody venture a guess as to what can be wrong when I have created four e-mail accounts (four different email addresses), set them up exactly the same, and two work and two do not?

I removed and recreated one of the non-working email accounts today, but no cigar. It just do not received emails. I can send email from it. Nothing shows up in the Outlook Data File. I manage to import the iCloud calendar, but I cannot get the Contacts from my Outlook.com account to Outlook on my computer.

A hint, a comment, a guess? Anything! What am I doing wrong, what can I do to fix this?

Regards,

Rifke
