Default Outlook diary, can you include travelling time to an appointment?

I share my calendar with several people some of whom are able to book my time.
My problem is Travelling Time.
Lets say I want to book an appointment and schedule it for 10.00-11.00 but there's two hours travelling time on either side.
I send the meeting invite to the attendees and Outlook schedule the diary time for me, however, it only shows me busy from 10.00-11.00 but I'm actually tied up from 8.00 to 13.00.
In the past some of the other people who have access to my diary have booked other meetings for me which I have no way of making.

Is there anything in Outlook that can allow for travelling time?

Thanks

A posible solution is to create appointments either side of the main appointment to cover the travel.

Thanks for the tip Graham. I'm probably just being pernickety but I hate the mess it makes in the calendar.

In that case you probably won't want the following macro which will add the travel to any selected appointment
Code:
Sub AddTravel()
Dim olItem As AppointmentItem
Dim olTravel As AppointmentItem
Dim strTravel As String
Dim iTravelMinutes As Integer
    strTravel = InputBox("Enter the travel time in minutes for each journey", "Travel Time", 60)
    If IsNumeric(strTravel) Then
        iTravelMinutes = Val(strTravel)
        Set olItem = ActiveExplorer.Selection.Item(1)
        If olItem.Class = olAppointment Then
            Set olTravel = CreateItem(olAppointmentItem)
            With olTravel
                .MeetingStatus = olNonMeeting
                .Subject = "Travel to " & olItem.Subject
                .Start = DateAdd("n", -iTravelMinutes, olItem.Start)
                .Duration = iTravelMinutes
                .Save
            End With
            Set olTravel = CreateItem(olAppointmentItem)
            With olTravel
                .MeetingStatus = olNonMeeting
                .Subject = "Return travel from " & olItem.Subject
                .Start = olItem.End
                .Duration = iTravelMinutes
                .Save
            End With
        End If
    End If
lbl_Exit:
    Set olItem = Nothing
    Set olTravel = Nothing
    Exit Sub
End Sub

Hi Graham, this might be exactly what I'm looking for but how do you add a macro to an appointment?

Sorry that I have been tardy in replying to this, as I missed your further comment.

See http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm . The page is based on Word VBA, but Outlook VBA editor is virtually identical.

Check the What's New page of my web site, as I will have an updated version with more detailed instructions available in a day or so.
