I share my calendar with several people some of whom are able to book my time.
My problem is Travelling Time. Lets say I want to book an appointment and schedule it for 10.00-11.00 but there's two hours travelling time on either side. I send the meeting invite to the attendees and Outlook schedule the diary time for me, however, it only shows me busy from 10.00-11.00 but I'm actually tied up from 8.00 to 13.00. In the past some of the other people who have access to my diary have booked other meetings for me which I have no way of making. Is there anything in Outlook that can allow for travelling time? Thanks |
