How do I get the replied to icon back?

I used to get an icon (an image of an envelope) after I replied to an email. I don't get this anymore and can't figure out how to reset it. My hard drive was replaced. This could have changed some Outlook settings. I have Outlook 2013.

Hello,

Try going to View>then in "Arrangement" select "Add Columns".

On the right side under "Show these columns in this order:" make sure "Icon" is in that group if not then add it and you will see this feature again.
