I have an address list that I need to print labels from in Word. The difficulty I'm running into is addressing the label to "LastName Family" unless the recipient is single or husband and wife have different last names in which case I'd want to address it to both names. What field(s) do I need to add/create in outlook to make this possible? Is there a way to populate this field in bulk (most recipients are families unless otherwise noted)?
