Check and see if renaming the email files resolves the problem
Try renaming the files extension and see if that helps
1) .dbx if you used Outlook Express 2) . pst for outlook 3) Also try .msg, or eml to see if that works This page has list of all the Outlook email viewer and tell me if that information helped you. And this page if those emails in Outlook Express.
