Outlook 2007 - How to make desktop final destination for emails and remove from phone automatically
I have a desktop computer running Office 2007 on Windows 7 32 bit. I also have an iPhone and an iPad.
Until I had to replace the computer and Office, my "system" was that all emails stayed on the desktop. Once emails were received on the desktop, they did NOT go to the phone or iPad. If I deleted an email with my iPhone or iPad, they were deleted and never appeared on my desktop. Now that the desktop and programs have been replaced, I no longer have that "luxury". Now I have to delete emails on all three (or both mobile devices). What do I have to do to get it back the way it was so that I don't have to delete emails from everything two or three times? |

Are you using POP or IMAP protocol for your mail?
