Do Outlook rules only apply to Inbox?
Do Outlook rules only apply to Inbox? Can they be applied to other folders? If so how - the dropdown at top of Rules and Alters dialog:
'Apply changes to this folder' only offers my 4 Inboxes - that is one Inbox for each of the 4 email accounts I have in Outlook - Inbox [info@A.co.uk], Inbox [info@B.co.uk], Inbox [A@gmail.com], Inbox [B@gmail.com]. |

Thanks. I've read that but I don't see where it says how to apply a rule to a particular folder, except, as I say, to the 4 inboxes that are all that's offered in the dropdown of 'Apply changes to this folder'.
Not possible to select or type in any other folder. So how do I choose the folder to apply the rule to? |
