Cannot send emails in Outlook
I seem to receive but cannot send. Every few hours I get a pop-up to say 'Your IMAP server has closed the connection'. Is this the responsibility of the hosting company to sort out? Outlook was working perfectly well until about 6 weeks ago and it is intermittent since then. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Larrydec |

You could start by checking with your service provider that the Outlook settings are still correct.

Thanks Graham I've been in contact with ISP for 6 weeks and they are claiming that I have viruses etc. on my computer. For a while our website was 'blacklisted' and so all emails were stopped. Then he spent ages on the log-me-in process trying to sort it and it worked for about an hour now it's gone again. I'll keep pestering them anyway...
