Windows 7 64bit drag and drop taks to set priority in 0utlook 2013

drag and drop taks to set priority in 0utlook 2013

I have Outlook 2013 running on 2 computers. On one I can drag and drop tasks in the to do window to change priority and on the other I cannot.
As near as I can tell all view settings are the same.
Any help appreciated!
