Outlook 2013: How Do I Print the list of an Advanced Find?
In Outlook, People, I often conduct an advanced find, then category search. Once the list - say 20 names - is in front of me (providing name, business, etc) all I want to do is print that one page. Right clicking on the table only allows to do a "quick print" and this opens each contact and prints all the data from each file. All I want is one sheet of paper with the list of names and a few other columns. Is there some way of doing this? I believe this printed in past versions. I've resored to taking a snapshot and emailing myself. but there has got to be an easier way? Thank you. Jeanene
