Thumbs up anyway to repair corrupt ost files for all users

We had an issue with the exchange server(2010) and now all users cant receive email in outlook 2010 but they can send mail. Email works fine via owa. There appears to be an issue with the users ost files.
If we recreate the ost file then all works just fine. Is there anyway to do this for all of the users without having to go visit each computer?

Thumbs up

When replacing a .pst file. Make a Copy of the File you are going to use and use the Copy. Then, if anything goes wrong you still have the original file.
I am no expert ~ so wait until someone tells us whether this is right or not.
Delete the corrupted .pst file and then import the new .pst file
If nothing helped, then I would recommend to visit https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Fo...?forum=outlook
