Default Prevent others from seeing everything in Calendar Scheduling Assistant?

My email is provided by a host provider that uses Exchange. Many of my clients also use Outlook/Calendar and Exchange. Our systems are completely separate.

Since a lot of my Calendar data is confidential or proprietary, how do I prevent the Scheduling Assistant from showing all my Calendar data? Right now the team members from one of my clients can see every single item on my calendar.

That is, when an invitation is sent, and I accept it, they can see all of my calendar items via the Scheduling Assistant.

Thanks in advance.
