Default Apparently an email is too big to send although it isn't.

Hello all,

A user at my company is having issues trying to send an email that is apparently 'too large'.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

This message exceeds the maximum message size allowed. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please make the message smaller -- by removing attachments, for example -- and try sending it again, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

The email is only around 30KB in size which is obviously tiny and our max email size on our server is around 500MB. The email address she is sending it to is outside our company. However when she tries to send it to me I can receive it perfectly. She also has images in her signature however I don't think this is affecting it as the email is still only 30KB.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
