Default Can a rule look at internet header?

I have automatic forwarding set on my ISP email account to forward to my Outlook 365 (Outlook 2013 Exchange Server) address. I would like to have a rule that recognizes such forwarded messages. I haven't been successful in writing a rule based on the (original) ISP address to which the mail was sent.

I would like to have a rule that looks at the IP mail header. I was quite successful in writing that kind of filter in Eudora. However I can;'t get Eudora to work with Outlook 365 and the IT staff doesn't know about Eudora or want to spend time solving my POP3 problem.

Is there any way I can get Outlook rules to work with information in the IP mail header? Or is there some other work-around?
