Default I know hotmail is free however, it should work right and it isn't. What to do?

Every so often when I finish composing an eMail in Hotmail (outlook) and go to send it, I get a message I have to sign in again. I am never given a specific reason for signing me out.

Sometimes I lose what I was trying to send but now I simply copy if and sign in again then paste what I copied. Maybe takes a minute at most, but it's annoying.

Any idea why this is being done and any easy way to stop it.

Thanks.
