Unhappy my outlook mail is connected to another mail

hi guys
my problem is that my dads outlook email (online) is connected to another outlook email. and since he has never used the online version before and just have used the offline desktop version without code this has not been a problem. now i'm building him a new computer with office 2013 (he's using 2010 now) and therefore he need to get the mail separated from the administrator witch is my sister who wont do it #family problems. it will also be okay if the mail gets deleted totally but only if we can make the mail again with the same name. sorry my English isn't that good but i'm from Denmark
I hope you can help me

best regards Mads
