Default Outlook signed emails no paperclip icon

Hello,

In outlook 2013 there seems to be a bug..All digitally signed emails I get which have attachments inside them do not show the attachment paperclip icon..

To prove that outlook is not recognising that these emails that have attachments, I added conditional formatting to change the font colour for all emails that have attachments..all the un-signed emails with attachments changed colour and the signed emails stayed the same colour (as expected) which shows that outlook is not treating these emails correctly.

Has anyone else had this problem (This is happening for me on over 100PCs, Ive tried windows update etc,etc.. no luck).. Hope someone can help, microsoft support has not...

Cheers
