Every time I open up my Outlook 2010 (64 Bit, Windows 8.1), this message pops up before I work.
Every time I open up my Outlook 2010 (64 Bit, Windows 8.1), this message pops up before my e-mails start downloading.....This is on my laptop computer, I have discussed this problem with the shop where I purchased it, and they think that the Office software on my Laptop is not compatible with the version of windows installed....
I have windows 8.1 64 Bit installed on my laptop, with an Intel Celeron Processor N2840, WITH 4GB DDR3 Memory of Ram and a 1000GB Hard Disk......However, I'm after a 2nd opinion about this, this could well be the solution, but I just feel it's more of a case of finding an up-to-date driver for my graphic card, and that possibly, the driver needed to support this command, may have simply been deleted when my Office 2010 program was installed....they are both 64 Bit versions, (windows AND Office) so they do not "hang" or "crash" or "stall" my computer at all.. Please find attached 4 full description picture pages of this error ANY SUGGESTIONS OF ADVICE..... Thank You.... Chris Jones Spirit Medium...
