I'm using Outlook 2003 when I want to delete an email, it does not go to the deleted item folder. The email is permanently deleted and can not be found in any folder. All my settings seem to be set properly. What might have gone wrong? I did have deleted emails in that folder in the past. BTW my wife also has the same problem on her computer. I use windows 7 32bit and she uses Windows 7 64 bit.
