Outlook 2013 weird snags
For over two hours, I've had Microsoft on the phone because one email would not send or receive. All the settings are correct. Nothing would go. Then suddenly and without any warning, it takes off and is working flawlessly. Anyone have an idea as to why this happened or is happening?
