Setting up signature image and image is received blurry
Hi, We've been asked to set up signatures for our staff email. We have a perfectly good 96dpi image that we are using. It looks great in the signature field when typing up your email etc. However the recipient gets a blurry, pixelated image in the signature field. I've tried everything I've read in the other forums (e.g. edit the htm file and resize to 600x200, etc) but this is stumping me. How do we get Outlook not to change the format of the stationery image? |

I'm no expert, but I've had this happen on a limited basis. So here's an idea which may work. If your graphic designer still has the image, you might want to contact them and ask them to save the image specifically for the sig files. When you try to resize an image down from a larger one, that's where the blurriness can come into play in my experience.

Hi, yes we have our designed on site and she has resized it to the Outlook specifications, but it's still coming out blurry.
I've tried sending the same image through a different program into my Outlook emails and it looks much better. However sending it from Outlook is still making it blurry. |
