Default Random contacts being automatically added to contact list

Hi there,

I've noticed that Outlook 2010 will randomly decide to add certain people's email addresses to my contacts list (I'm not talking about my suggested contacts list just to be clear). This includes people who are already in my organization's enterprise address book. They are all people I have emailed at one point or another to varying degrees of frequency, but I don't want them all in my contacts list...it's too many people.

Does anybody know why this would be happening?
