contacts I email frequently cannot be found using search
I have people I email frequently whose email address automatically appears in the To: part of the email, yet when I go to Contacts and search for them, they are NOT there. I have to find an email from the specific person and specifically click on that person's email address and manually add it to my contact list. This is inefficient and is the pits. Is there a way to force Outlook to automatically create a contact record in the Contacts Address book if/when I email that person? Thank you. |
