Receiving Graphics in Email (Outlook 2003)

I am using Outlook 2003. Often when I am receiving email, the sender uses embedded pics or other graphics. All I get is a box with an X in the corner.

However, sometimes I get graphics just fine from others .



When I mention this to the sender(s) I have problems with, they say others see them just fine.

Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
