How can I get Outlook from one user to another w/o a .pst file (primary user on computer is corrupt)

The main user I was using on my computer, Brad, has become corrupt and I can't login to it. I can, however, login as Administrator that has access to all of the files on Brad. Unfortunately, I'm unable to export Outlook settings to create a .pst file.

Is there any way that I can transfer the Outlook data I was using on my Brad account into the Admin account without a .pst file?
