Default Default Settings Option

Heyoh,

I am trying to get my bosses email set up so its all the same. He has Microsoft 2010 (possibly even 2007) (we have super old and slow computers). But he is old and doesnt like fiddling with changes. He wants everything to look the same so it is easier for him to navigate around.

He has about 500 sub folders that he moves emails into -- some of these folders are about 5 years old.

So the question is, is there a way to make the view option a default one for all the folders and sub folders. I want to make sure he has "received" "subject" "Message" and "From" as well as have the viewer option on the right side to see the entire message.

I know how to go in an add and change these in each individual folder... since he has so many of them.

Is there a way to make this a default setting for ALL folders in outlook? Thanks!!
