I was previously able to access and open emails by clicking the hyperlinked number of emails where you see that number 34 in attached screenshot. I am trying to open these 34 messages now, and nothing is loading / opening. What am I doing wrong? I just had this computer configured and I have installed various programs. My IT / tech person already had set up the smtp / imap settings in Outlook OK, because as you can see, other emails have loaded and I accessed those. All of a sudden I cannot get into my messages. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
