![]() OK so I found this article that talks about the difference. https://support.office.microsoft.com...rs=en-US&ad=US So what are some methods to use this feature to save the emails you want to save and not let your outlook.com account overflow. I saw an "autoarchive" feature that looks like it saves stuff older than 6 months or whatever. What exactly does it do? Does it move everything that's >6 months old from the ost into a pst file? Can you select folders? Excluded "Deleted Items" and "Junk E-mail"? Is there also a way to make it say... "archive oldest 50 MB when ost file is 200 MB" in order to keep your online mailbox within some size range? What are some methods you guys use? Thanks for any! ![]() |
