Cool Problem with drop down contact list when sending an email

Hi, I would really appreciate some help if poss please

  • When I click on 'new email' I start to type the recipient's name in 'To'
  • A drop down list appears with all contacts whose name begins with that letter
  • As I go to click on the correct name, the list disappears.
  • If the name is for example, Katie. I then type Ka, the drop down list appears again, go to click on full name, list disappears
  • It becomes a race to click the name before it goes and invariably I end up just typing the full name in each time
  • Why does the drop down list of names do this, it is so annoying!
  • Does anyone know of a fix for this please?
