Error message undeliverable when replying to internal email from shared mailbox Outlook
I use a shared mailbox on Outlook 2010 and have full permissions, I am the owner of this mailbox. When I am using OWA and reply to an email sent to this shared mailbox, I have no issue. When I am using the full version of Outlook and reply to an email sent to shared mailbox, it is returned as undeliverable (undeliverable message is sent to personal email) with this message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. Error is [0x80070005-00000000-00000000].
The only solution I have found is to select my personal email address from the dropdown box under "From". Since I reply to 50-100 emails each day from this mailbox, individually selecting the "from" address is tedious so my only option is to use OWA exclusively and miss out on needed features.
Is there a way to set the "from" default as my personal email address?
