Problems when updating the partecipants of a meeting

Hi. In my PC with Windows 7 and Office 2010 (but also with previous versions) I can update a meeting adding or deleting some partecipants and having the possibility to send this modifications only to those persons added or deleted. I don’t understand why this possibility is not given to some collegues of mine. They have the same PC with the same softwares I have. Thanks for your suggestions!
