Default unable to copy / move file from Outlook preview pane to zip folder

This am was trying to copy / move a file from the Outlook preview pane directly to a folder, but not able to. When I try to drag & drop into the folder, it displays the circle with the line through it. I can however drag & drop to my desktop & THEN move or copy to the zip folder.

Seems like an extra step that isn't necessary.

Is there a setting in Outlook that I need to change?

Thanks !
