OL 2010 - Search Folder by Email Domain
I get a number of emails with various address from this one company and would like to group them all into one search folder. The only common part of these addresses is the ending email domain (@xyz.com). I have used the custom criteria of "From contains @xyz.com" and when that failed I tried "Email contains @xyz.com". Both fail. Any other suggestions or solutions?

I was trying to do this only within the Advanced criteria. Another part that I did not explain in my original post is that I wanted only the mail from the Inbox.
The solution is... On the Messages tab enter the domain (@xyz.com) into the From field. On the Advanced tab configure the added criteria "In folder contains Inbox" Through this effort I have learned that you can combine criteria defined on one tab with criteria from another to form your complete criteria rule. |
