Default Regenerate Different Tasks

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to set up my Outlook program to create Tasks that when completed will "regenerate" a different follow-up task. For example, I set a task to call a donor named John. Today I called John and I know in 4 weeks I need to write him a letter. When I tell Outlook I completed the "call John" task, I want it to automatically create a brand new follow up task to "write John" in 4 weeks.

I know Outlook can regenerate the same exact task, but I don't need to call John again in 4 weeks I need to write him.

Does that make sense? I work for a small non-profit and we're trying to use outlook as an organizational tool.

Thanks so much for your time,

Brendan
