i am trying to empty my deleted items folder and keep getting a message about drive that contains data file is out of space, empty folder, (which is what I am trying to do) or increase space on drive? Have no idea how to do that, then is also says access denied, verify that disk is not full or write protected. all I want to do is empty the deleted items folder and get of that stuff, why is it so complicated, am using office 2007

Ensure that you logged to the system as user with administrative rights.
If you have enough space on the hard drive, you should digg at the OS user permissons
