Unwanted folders when choosing form location

To create a mail based on a form i select New -> Choose Form. The drop down box "Look in" contains a lot of folders that i never defined to be in that list (Inbox is one of them). How can i remove all these not necessary folders ?

Until someone discovers the place this is saved and if it can be reset, you can create a new profile. The list is refilled quickly though.
