Can't get old .pst stuff into new Outlook

Just updated Win7 w/Outlook 10 to Win8.1. Then I ran a Carbonite Restore. I then installed Outlook 7, but now I cannot retrieve those old Outlook 10 .pst files for the new mail program. I guess I don't know how to do it.

Are you try to use outlook 2010's pst file in outlook 2007?
You can try to import these pst files from outlook 2007
