Hello guys. I am new here and i have one quesiton which is very important for me.


I have one account in outlook with activated option to leave copy on server and delete mail after 14 days. Question is:
Does it delete mails from server even if that account didnt download it (on mail server we have mails from 5 years ago) or just mails only which it downloaded in outlook from time when it is installed on PC?

It will only deleted after client download, since the delete operation is done by your mail client.
