Problem with shared mailboxes
Hi all
We have MS exchange and we are using MS Outlook 2010 as a client. A particular department is sharing a mailbox between a group of users. For some reason when the mails are being opened, the subject in the list remains bold just as if it hasn't been opened yet. This is problem is causing a big headache as some things are being vetted but are still being seen by the other people as being unvetted. We tried disabling cache mode which seemed to have solved problem but now were back to square one again. As a last resort we are trying to recreate the OST file.
