When I use quick steps to reply or forward an email no timestamp appears at the top of the original email to show forwarded or replied to date and time (e.g. you replied to this message on ...). Also the envelope icon doesnt change to show the little forward or reply arrows.

Quick steps really help me work more efficiently but this issue is causing problems. I need to have these time stamps appear as I work in a shared mailbox and sometimes we need to track down when we replied to emails etc.

I've searched the web in vain to try and find a solution but havent seen this issue mentioned at all. If anyone has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it.
