MS Outlook 03 not responding when clicking on email links, reffering user to administrator
Hello
My wife has recently been having difficulty with her account using 2003 version. She can send and receive mail ok but is having problems when clicking a link within an email. A message flashes onto the screen " this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in force on this computer. Please contact Administrator" Can get normal access using alternative PC. I just googled the error message you pasted and it came up with a few possible solutions. Give some of them a try.
