Default Outlook 2010 Calendar Requests

Hello

We want to allow users to schedule a leave request using out Outlook leave request calendar.
Is there a way for other users to see the requester’s name but not the details of the request?
Actually we want the requester’s manager to see the details but not the co-workers.

Thanks.

This is set up in the sharing options. Go to Calendar Permissions and first set up Permission levels. Next, apply the appropriate Permission level to each user who has access the calendar.
