Out of Office reply not working
Windows 7 64-bit
Outlook 2010 64-bit pop3 email account Hello all, I've set up the out of office reply but it doesn't send out a reply. Here is how I set it up. If I'm doing it incorrectly, please let me know.
What could I be doing wrong? It seems pretty simple to set up. Thanks. |

Unless you are going to leave the PC on 24 hours a day with automatic send and receive during your absence, out of office replies on a pop3 account are a waste of time. You should investigate instead whether you can set such a message at the server. Many ISPs do offer this facility. For those that don't, you could route your mail through a gmail account (which will also take care of spam filtering).
