Outlook 2013 - Intermittent blank emails

Hi,

I have a problem when receiving certain emails where the body of the text is blank.
This is random and happens from recipients that I have received emails ok from in the past and new ones etc.
Having read many posts I have uninstalled AVG to see if that was the issue but with no success.
When I forward these to another email client I can view them fine

*** If i hold CTRL down and open outlook in "safe mode" I can view the messages perfectly ***
