I upgraded to Outlook 2007 from 2003. In 2003 when a new e-mail was received there would be a notification in the lower right corner of the screen no matter which folder the new e-mail was sent to. With 2007 this notification only occurs when the new e-mail goes into the "default" inbox. Is there anyway to change this in 2007?

check the options menu item under the tools menu. it's probably located in the same area that you can change the opacity of the alert message.
